Two Great Books Parents Can Read To Their Kids About "AMERICA" and "OUR CIVIL DUTIES"!

This year is ELECTION year!  The hype does not only impact us, as adults, but also our children!  I'd have to admit that history & government are not an interest that I have strongly studied or remember much from my high school classes!  But I do know that our country is something that we should not only be proud of, but something we (and our kids) should know a lot more about!

I was delighted to receive a couple new books that not only share a way for parents to explain our CIVIL DUTIES to our kids, but also offer some "little known facts" about our founding documents and more...

This book helps explain the presidential election process (which they will be observing this year as we vote for our new President).  It's a story about a little mouse that dreams of becoming president of MOUSE NATION.  It shares his challenge (which are similar to those our TRUE candidates struggle with) to achieve his big dreams!  SUPER CUTE and super informative too!

An adorable & patriotic mouse named Liberty Lee shares the story of "AMERICA'S BIRTH".  Liberty Lee helps our Founding Father's create America.  He shares with your kids the events that formed our nation, from the pilgrims' trip across the ocean to the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Both of these books are great for ages 5-8 and offer not only the children who read, but the parents, some great information on our country!

I was not paid to feature this post!  I was compensated only by the products sent for review/feature!
