For me it has been a lifestyle for a long time. I workout 3 days a week, I limited calories to about 1350 per day and I only drink water/black coffee or tea.

I'm already good with my gym workouts, but I really want to work on not being so lazy inbetween. (I tend to tell myself that "I don't need to take the stairs" or "I don't need to walk today" because I was at the gym the day before, LOL!) I think I'd do better to make fitness an all day, every day habit.

Uhhhhhhh... errrrr.... So far I've tried staying fit with good intentions of working out and eating right. I'm here to say the good intention strategy isn't working out LOL! This blog post was good motivation for me to pack the baby up in the jogging stroller today though. So, there's that. Baby steps, right? :)
