Boysenberry Pie Eating Contest And More "BERRY BLOSSOM" Fun At @Knotts

What do you do when you've got a FREE Saturday?
Take the kids back to Knott's Berry Farm for more "BERRY BLOSSOM" fun...of course!
We had a fun filled Saturday, that included watching some "shows" we hadn't seen before, at one of our favorite theme parks in Southern California!  We love the "COWBOY's" and watched their "antics" show on the streets of "Ghost Town"!  Of course, the kids wanted a picture with all the funny guys afterwards!
And of course we had to take a picture with the Easter Beagle!
We watched a Magic Show (this cowboy did magic and sang funny songs) and we learned about a "Boysenberry PIE EATING" contest that totally got our oldest son super excited!  I guess he's always wanted to do one...and he was certain he was going to get his chance!
We got to the stage early, so he could be in the very front to volunteer to be a part of the fun!  SURE enough...not only him, but his younger sister and younger brother got to be a part of the MESSY, sweet and gooey fun!  HE WANTED TO MAKE SURE I BLOGGED ABOUT THIS EVENT, so everyone could see!  The end result, he took 3rd place, but was so very excited about all the fun...it didn't matter!  They looked like they had been in a bloody fight...with boysenberry pie all over their faces, in their hair, on their shirts, etc.  We had to do some "MAJOR" clean up in  the bathroom afterwards, but it was worth it!  And honestly, it's all we heard about for the remainder of our time at the park!  LOVE IT!
So glad we got to be a part of the fun!  It made his entire DAY!  He was stoked!

It was another fun filled day full of memories the kids and I will cherish forever!

I was not paid to feature this post!  I was not compensated in any way by posting about our time at Knott's Berry Farm.  Our season passes were purchased on my own accord for Christmas for the kid`s!
