Colgate Total Advanced "SPRING CLEANING" For Your Mouth - #Giveaway

Spring has arrived and something always associated with that is "SPRING CLEANING"!  That doesn't always have to mean just your house, your car or your diet!  This can also mean it's time to SPRING CLEAN your teeth and mouth!
I was sent these products free of charge for this review/feature!  I was not paid monetarily to give my honest thoughts and feelings about the following products!
Honestly, keeping my teeth in tip top shape is one of the reason I trust COLGATE products!  They know that sometimes we need a little extra help, even when we are really trying our hardest to keep things clean, healthy and white.  Factors in life can cause us to neglect our teeth's health and well being and I am thankful that Colgate has products like "COLGATE TOTAL  ADVANCED" that offers me peace of mind, that their products are working for my teeth's best interest.
I love that their 12 hour Colgate Advanced Pro-Shield Mouthwash lasts for 12 hours and even products if you eat or drink right after using it!  Sometimes, we need a sip of water or we are headed off to work and need our daily dose of caffeine on the way...that means that despite our eating or drinking after...the product is still providing protection against germs.
Their Colgate Total Advanced Whitening Toothpaste also has my best interest at heart!  Not only is it fighting germs, preventing cavities and fighting bad breath, but it's also helping white my teeth from the coffee stains that are inevitably going to happen.  LOVE IT!!  Plus, it does have a cool "stand up" cap, so you can leave it on the counter of your bathroom, so you don't forget to brush!
Their Floss-Tip Bristles Toothbrush is different!  It gets into the spaces of your teeth that a typical toothbrush might miss!  It really does "REACH DEEPER"!  LOVE IT!
Please see below, as Dr. Natalie Strand shares with you some tips for SPRING CLEANING of your health and teeth:
Spring Clean Your Health Tips

Dr. Natalie Strand’s Tips:
1.      Relax, Don’t Just Rest - Stress is a huge contributor to poor health, but many people don’t know how to manage it. People often mistake resting for relaxing, but it’s not the same. Learn some stress reducing techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation or meditation.
2.      Get Seasonal - Check out your local farmer’s market. Buy seasonal foods and try to incorporate them in your meals every day. Seasonal produce is more flavorful and densely packed with nutrients.
3.      Make Exercise Fun - Spring is the perfect time of year to combine exercise with social activities. Be creative to get endorphins pumping and think of things to do with friends such as taking a salsa class, archery lessons, or an evening walk around the neighborhood.
4.      Get A Spring Tune-up - Doctor’s appointments are important, but often pushed to the wayside. Make a list and schedule all your appointments at once: yearly check-ups, dental exams and cleanings, eye exams, etc.

My favorite tip is to Relax, Don’t Just Rest. I do let stress get to me, and need to find ways to relax.
Thanks!
