Getting In Shape In The New Year - Beach House Sport Wear

New Year's Resolutions...
What will yours be this year?
Will you be resolving to change your diet?
A change in your fitness routine perhaps?
A change in you...personally...either emotionally, physically or spiritually?

All products were sent free of charge by the company for this review/feature!  I was not offered any monetary compensation by posting my honest opinions about these products.  I was invited to attend an event in NYC, but could not attend, so they shipped me the articles for review instead.

I have no desire to loose any weight, but resolving to get better toned (muscle wise)... could be something I might add to my Resolutions for the year...considering my poor body has been pregnant five times and birthed four children...in the past 13 years.
It has had it's fair share of wear and tear.
So, if I do decide to do Resolutions of the "fit sort" this year...at least I know I will be exercising in style...and in some work out clothes that are not only comfortable, but really supportive and amazing too!  Something I will feel great working out in.
I received the Studio Solids Nadi Racer Back Top and the Sunset Solids Prana Performance Multi Sport Cropped Pant to begin my workout routine in 2015...and I love them both.
The Studio Solids Nadi Racer Back Top is super supportive and super cute.  It has built in cup support...breathable material, etc.  With the top part of our female bodies...having a good supportive sports bra is important and this one really fits the bill & fits me well.  No worries about issues while running or jumping...because this Studio Solids Nadi Racer Back Top will keep you held tightly, but comfortably in place.
The Studio Solids Prana Performance Multi Sport Cropped Pants are tight fitting, stretchy and supportive as well.  This is the area of the body that needs the most toning for me...and while I was doing my punching, kicking, kneeing and jumping around, it held my body firmly.  My backside (otherwise known as a bubble butt) was firmly kept in place.  It also has an awesome front pocket built in for your music player...so you don't have to worry about clipping it on you...it will stay put tucked into the front pocket.  It tried this as well and it works great, even with my phone.
The material has built in 50+ UPF protection and these pants make me feel motivated to get moving...without my jiggles moving too.
Both pieces I received from Beach House Sports were amazing and are great additions to my workout wardrobe for 2015...as I kick off the year in a fabulously fit way!  I feel good and I feel confident, wearing both pieces, so I am ready to workout hard and resolve to tone up in 2015.

CLICK HERE to see their entire line and perhaps you'll be adding a few pieces to your workout collection as well...to bring fitness and health to 2015.

Big Bubbles Made Easy - Big Bubble Zone Mega Wand

Who doesn't love blowing bubbles?
Children love them!  They are magical!
Adults love them!  They are even used in weddings and special events.
EVERYONE LOVES BUBBLES!

All products for this review/feature were sent free of charge by the company!  I was not offered any monetary compensation by posting my honest opinions about these products.
But not all bubbles are created equally!  Take it from a mommy who has bought her fair share of bubbles...some of the cheaper brands bubbles are total failures and will disappoint.  I've even tried making my own bubble solution from recipes on pinterest to have them turn into nothing more than a wet, sticky mess...but regardless, we still have fun.
So...we were excited to learn about Big Bubble Zone and their products!  Why?  Their products are legit.  Their bubbles are strong and durable.  Their bubble wands are easy to use and do not break easily.
The "Mega Wand" is so fun!  You fill it up, push the button and the wand opens up and then you slowly move and the bubbles start to form.  Of course, on a windy day...the wind will do it for you.  But days like today...it takes a little energy to get the bubbles to come out.  Then...release the button to help the bubble (huge bubble) to come loose.
So easy, simple and SO fun!

CHECK IT OUT:
Two boys...playing with this Mega wand...and it held up!  In fact, I see this wand getting hours of play time!  The wand holds about 1 full bottle of Super Miracle Bubble solution (the bottle comes with a little green hand held bubble wand too) and it took them about 15 minutes to almost run the Mega wand dry.  But they did make some amazingly HUGE bubbles and we were all in awe!
These bubbles were large, strong and lasted.
I Love This!

First Attempt At "PULLING OIL" Detox - @yogigurunanda

Have you ever heard of a "Pulling Oil" detox?

All products were sent free of charge by the company for this review/feature!  I was not offered any monetary compensation by posting my honest opinion about this product!
Until I was introduced to this company and product...I had no idea what this was or what it was for.  But it sparked my interest...because I am always excited to learn about new things...especially things that could be excellent for my health and well being.
So when the GuruNanda Pulling Oil arrived...I'll admit that...as excited as I was about learning how it works...and all of it's benefits...I was hesitant.  I inherited a horrible gag reflux and unfortunately, the idea of swishing an oily substance in my mouth for 15 to 20 minutes made me gag at the thought.  But I had plenty of friends on Facebook encourage me that using this product will definitely be a benefit to my health & well being...so it was full speed ahead with this review!
This Pulling Oil is a mixture of several types of oils (watch the video below for me to tell you which oils)...so I figured that the peppermint oil (the last listed ingredient), might make it taste like something I could swish at least for more than 30 seconds.  I was determined to try it.

CHECK IT OUT:
My thoughts on the experience so far...it's definitely oily in consistency.  If I was making it, I'd put more peppermint oil in it...to mask the oiliness of the fluid...but it didn't taste horrible and I was proud of myself for swishing as long as I did.  Of course, being video taped while doing so...is always fun...but I wanted you to see that I was actually using the product and that you got to see me do it for the FIRST TIME too.  It left a oily residue on my teeth, tongue and in my mouth...and I was very anxious to brush after I turned the camera off to get the remainder out of my mouth.  Do I feel any different after using the product for the first time?  Not really...but will I see benefits?  I'm sure I will...and that's why I will continue!
Will I use this again?  Yes!  Why?  I want to see if I can increase how long I swish for (totally not a giver upper)...because I would really like to see the benefits that this product claims to bring...such as "cleaner & whiter teeth", "fresher breath" and even increased energy and decreased pain.  I just might have to do a follow up video, after I have used up this first bottle...to tell you the differences I notice after using it for awhile!

For Those Accidental Moments You Wish You Weren't Having - @resqme

Have you ever had a moment you wished never happened?
Perhaps it was minimal and pesky, or perhaps it was life shattering or even life threatening?
We have all had moments we wish we could go back and re-do or not have happen at all!

All products for this review/feature were sent free of charge by the company!  I was not offered any monetary compensation by posting my honest opinion about these products or my feelings about them!

Have you ever considered what you would do if you were trapped in a sinking car?
Or if your car had been in a horrible accident and you were trapped in the seat belt or couldn't get the windows to roll down?
I personally hate thinking about these situations...especially with four kids riding with me...but there are moments like this, horrible & scary things, that happen in our lives, we can't do anything about.  Moments when sometimes it's not even our fault...but the fault of other drivers on the roads.
That's why they are called EMERGENCIES!
Are you prepared??
I was delighted to receive a ResQme.  This handy little key chain device could be something that saves all of our lives should an "in the car" emergency arise.  I feel much better knowing I have it "just in case".
Why?  Because like their slogan says, "when seconds count"...you need a quick response lifesaving tool like this.  Check out this video...it will explain a situation where it saved their lives:
This little tool will clip nicely on your key chain and blend in with all your other keys...but it will also become a "seat belt cutter" and "window shatterer" (does not work on windshields, only tempered glass) in a matter of moments if you need it in an emergency.
THIS COULD LITERALLY SAVE YOUR LIFE!
This resourceful little tool costs under $10 and in my opinion is worth every bit of the investment to have...even if you never have to use it.  Because you never know when life is going to throw you a curve ball...and at least you'll be prepared!

Obviously, I am not going to go out and use this on my car seat belts or windows to "test it out", but after seeing the videos and hearing the testimony...I will gladly keep this on my key ring in case of an emergency.

This would make a wonderful gift or stocking stuffer for any "drivers" on your Christmas list this year.  Give them a gift that could ultimately save their lives!  CLICK HERE to find out where you can purchase them too!

Warmth, Comfort And Cuteness In A Pair Of Cozy @YourSnoozies - #ChristmasWishList

My feet get so cold in the winter!  Do yours?  I mean...COLD!  Thankfully, we live in Southern California now...but when we lived on the East Coast, my feet would be cold from late September until about May.  No joke!

All products for this review/feature were sent free of charge by the company!  I was not offered any monetary compensation by posting my honest opinion about these products!
So when the opportunity came for us to do a review of a slipper line...as the cold winter months have arrived (yes, it even cools down here in California), there was no way I would turn it down.
The Snoozies arrived at our door last night and I had two very happy girls and a very happy mommy...who got to enjoy the experience of comfortable, cute and warm cozy feet for the rest of our night.  In fact, our oldest daughter wore her Snoozies to bed.  She loved them so much, she didn't want to take them off.  She even tried to wear them to school today!
These adorable slippers are definitely "Cozy Little Foot Coverings".  They are super soft, super trendy and super warm.  They are light...they don't weigh very much...but they bring plenty of snuggle to your feet.  They do have non-skid printing on the bottom, which makes it nice for walking on hardwood or tile flooring...so you don't slip and fall.  They make Snoozies for the whole family too!  So even the boys...though we didn't review the boy or men's line..can enjoy the same comfort and warmth on their feet.  And honestly, they are priced affordable enough, the whole family can enjoy a pair of Snoozies for themselves!
Seriously...we love our new Snoozies!

CLICK HERE to see their Fall 2014 Line and maybe this would make the perfect gift for someone on your Christmas List this year.
