auto clean vs manual chimney

It’s really very hard to remove the dry dirt from the kitchen chimney manually. That’s why auto-clean kitchen chimneys have a detachable oil collector connected to them where the chimney automatically collects all the residue left after cooking.

Then all you need to do is clean up the oil collector a few times and you are done. That’s really very easy to do rather than cleaning up the whole chimney yourself manually like in the normal chimneys. Here are some aspects where you can differentiate both types of chimneys.

Lifespan

Because auto-clean chimneys are automatic in nature, they perform well better cleaning process than manual work. Due to that, the overall lifespan of your appliance gets increases. You can easily understand that auto-clean chimneys perform really better as compared to manual ones.

Ease of Maintenance

As auto-clean chimneys have advanced features, the maintenance part of the machine is really very hassle-free. Not only it is fast, but the technology of these devices is so efficient that they have hardly any chances of any errors. In comparison to normal manual chimneys, ease of maintenance in auto-clean chimneys is very easy.

The oil clogging in the normal regular manual chimneys is a really big problem to face. But when you go with an auto-clean type of filterless chimney, there is no problem of oil clogging. That can be one of the biggest reasons why you should prefer auto-clean chimneys.

How to Bake Pizza in a Convection Microwave Oven?

There’s hardly any person who would deny taking a slice of Pizza at the parties. We all love going out to Pizza outlets to spend our weekends at a really good end. But what if I tell you you can bake your own pizza at home with your convection microwave oven?

Well, if you have recently purchased a convection microwave oven then this is the first recipe that you should try out baking on it. In case you’re looking to buy one, here’s a well-researched buying guide on the best convection oven for home use.

We have tried to make the recipe very simple for a beginner to easily understand and grasp the concept of baking Pizzas in a microwave oven. Why are we still talking now? Let’s get started with our step-by-step recipe.

How to Bake Pizza in a Convection Microwave Oven?

To begin with the recipe, what’s the first thing that we need to do? Yes, you’re right, prepare the ingredients first. Here are all the ingredients that we are going to use to bake our own delicious pizza at home.

In case you miss out on something, you can try adding something else or even remove something from the ingredients as per your taste preference.

Ingredients You Will Need For Dough:

  • Warm Water
  • Dry Yeast
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Maida

Ingredients You Will Need For Toppings:

  • Tomatoes
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Capsicum
  • Red Chilli Flakes
  • Mozarella Cheese
  • Olive Oil

That’s all you will need to bake delicious vegetable pizza at home with this recipe. Please note that you may add or remove veggies as per your preference to make your own customized Pizza.

Since now you have all the ingredients collected, here’s the step-by-step recipe that you have to follow along.

Pizza Dough Preperation

Add Dry Yeast in around 30-50ml of warm water. Stir it well to make it completely dissolve in the warm water. Now add Maida, olive oil & white salt to the mixture.

This is all for your Pizza dough, now just do the kneading part to make the Pizza dough. Just like you do to prepare chapatis at home, keep adding some water and keep kneading to make soft Pizza dough.

Fermentation

Add half a tablespoon of greased oil into a bowl and roll your Pizza dough in it so it gets covered with the oil. Cover the bowl with a glass sheet and leave it for like an hour. It might take more than an hour for the fermentation process in the winters.

Pizza Base Rolling

Here comes my personal favorite part, take out the fermented Pizza dough and roll it to make a round-shaped Pizza dough just like chapatis. Make sure it is thick enough.

Now add some oil to your baking dish and place your rolled pizza based on it. Before you place it in the baking dish, make sure you make some small cuts using a knife or toothpick on the Pizza base. This is done so that the mozzarella cheese and our toppings go inside the base while baking.

Preheating the Oven

Before we start adding our Pizza toppings, let’s set our convection oven at a certain temperature before even placing our pizza in it. Preheating the oven results in better and more delicious baking results. If you have a good convection microwave oven, there would be a dedicated option for preheating the oven.

Add the Toppings

Here comes another very favorite part of mine. Start with topping your veggies on the Pizza base randomly here and there or you can even decorate the presence with your creative mind. After that, add the cheese part over it so it covers up all the veggies on the Pizza base.

You can even add the Pizza sauce before adding veggies and cheese. It would make the Dough taste much better after getting baked. Just top it up with all the ingredients you are left over with.

Baking Pizza in Convection Mode

As we already preheated our oven, your oven must have reached 200 degrees celsius temperature, that is the recommended temperature at which you must bake in an oven.

Before placing your Pizza inside the oven, make sure you are wearing microwave-safe gloves so you don’t get your hands burned. Just place it safely inside the oven and close the oven door.

Now set the temperature again to 200 degrees celsius and set the timer for about 20 minutes. That would result in a perfectly baked out and delicious Pizza at home.

Once the timer hits, simply plug out the convection microwave oven, take out your delicious Pizza and throw a pizza party at home with your Pizza. That was it for today, if you’re a new mom, keep following One Bored Mommy!
